1. Fat Loss
The fat loss stream is designed to help you shed unwanted body fat and reveal a leaner, healthier you. We have multiple options for fat loss, depending upon how much fat you are looking to lose, and your starting point.
2. Muscle Gain
If your goal is to build strength and increase muscle mass, the muscle gain stream provides the perfect roadmap. With customised training programs and nutrition strategy, you'll see significant gains in muscle size and power.
3. Body Recomposition
The body recomposition stream focuses on simultaneously building muscle and losing fat, and is perfect for those who need to achieve a little of both. Achieve a toned and sculpted physique with our holistic approach to training and nutrition.

Meet Your Coach
Sarah Bartlett – Head Coach
Coach Barty is a highly experienced fitness and nutrition coach, specialising in calisthenics, mobility and weight lifting, as well as body composition, metabolic and hormonal health.
She started her career in fitness in 2016 and has carved a niche in women’s health and hormones; creating a unique coaching system for training, lifestyle and nutrition changes made in sync with the menstrual cycle to optimise results and performance both in and out of the gym.
Sarah will oversee the 8-week Reset//Restore Program, and is the Head Coach providing knowledge and inspiration for living a balanced life with a healthy approach to nutrition, training and recovery.

FAQs
Does it include a training program?
Yes! All streams include a periodized training program!
I am peri menopausal - can I do this program?
Yes! This program places great emphasis on anti inflammatory nutrition, which is highly beneficial as your journey through menopause. I would recommend this program to any woman going through menopause.
Is there a meal plan included?
I don't normally write meal plans, as I do not believe in dictating what you should eat - this is a very individual decision. I provide guidelines as well as macro and calorie targets required to achieve your desired outcome. I believe you are the best person to make the decisions about WHAT you should eat to hit those targets. I will of course provide additional coaching intervention where required
How many hours of studying is required each week?
The workshops are a vital part of the program. This is where you will learn everything to make this a lifestyle. To properly engage with this process requires 1-2 hours per week of study
How many training sessions do I need to do each week?
You can/will be required to train up to 6 days per week on this program, but if you cannot do 100% of the sessions, it will not have too greater impact on your outcome. The magic in changing your body comp comes from what you do with your nutrition, as you will learn in this program.
Do I need to do hours of cardio on this program?
Cardiovascular training in great for heart health, and improving fitness. There are some programmed conditioning sessions, and recommended daily step targets, but the majority of the training is weights and calisthenics
